The trip of the ISR, an independent non-partison think tank, was coincidently made when President Clinton announced the partial lifting of economic sanctions against DPRK. ISR has hand-delivered the Children's center substantial medicines, including anti-biotics, oral rehydration salts, and medicines to de-worm kids with parasitic infestation. The experienced center director, doctor, and caretakers have all gladly greeted the ISR delegation. The Center was clean, and well organized.

DPRK and ISR have agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understandingregarding a 16-month-long delivery of medical aid, accountable distribution plan, and transparent documentation of field activities.

DPRK has provided ISR with the certificate of humanitarain donation of antibiotics for 76,500 people, oral rehydration salts for 2,000 treatments of diahrrea, Mebendazole for treating 9,000 children with parasitic infestation for a year, and a 20-foot container (13,448 pounds of medical aid) of quality medicines and medical supplies. The 20-foot container included critically-needed medicines including Motrin, Thioridazine, Ioban, Indocin, Mintezol, Duratuss, and 20 other basic medical supplies including Stethoscope.

The ISR delegation was thankful to DPRK's hospitality. DPRK was thankful for ISR's provision of critically-needed medicines and timely medical supplies.
